10th Anniversary of Asogli yam Festival Launched
It's the tenth year of celebrating the Asogli Yam festival. This year, the celebration by the people of the Asogli Traditional Area in the Volta Region is not only to create awareness and showcase its rich culture, but also as a tourism and marketing oriented event to boost national development. Announcing the start of the Festival, Deputy Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Dzifa Gomashie invited all Ghanaians to share in the rich culture of the ewe people.
